The Red Hat AI Platform DevTestOps team focuses on building a platform partner ecosystem and community to empower enterprise customers to leverage AI for accelerated business success. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on innovative CI/CD and productization solutions within the Red Hat Openshift AI product as well as support efforts to build test and deliver next-generation MLOps capabilities.

Red Hats Intern Program is a collaborative effort between the Emerging Talent team and our intern managers. The program is designed to offer a meaningful and well-rounded experience combining professional development networking opportunities social engagement and impactful work. This is a paid internship based in our Brno office typically lasting 12 months with the possibility to extend up to 24 months. Interns work on average 20 hours per week with flexible working hours and the expected start date is February 1st.
What you will do:
Work on innovative solutions in CI/CD and productization
Contribute to the development of automation tools and testing
Collaborate with the development and QE counterparts product managers and release engineering teams across the globe to ensure the development and delivery of RHOAI versions that meet the timelines as well as high quality standards
Help document processes and tools to support team knowledge sharing.
Experiment with and explore AI-assisted development tools that may enhance team productivity.
Support release processes including validation smoke tests and infrastructure readiness for Red Hat AI products.
What you will bring:
You must be enrolled in a Czech university (Bachelors 3rd/4th year or Masters) for the full internship duration and be able to work full-time within 2 years.
Working knowledge of written and spoken English
Basic knowledge of developing applications in Go or Python or other languages
Familiarity with Linux environments and scripting (e.g. Bash Python) Kubernetes OpenShift or other cloud-native technologies
Strong problem-solving attitude and eagerness to take initiative
The following will be considered as a plus :
Understanding of how Free and Open Source Software communities work
Basic understanding of core MLOps concepts
Knowledge of development in public cloud services (AWS GCE Azure)
Familiarity with automated testing environments
