Join our Commercial & Personal Injury (CPI) Data Analytics & Reporting team to lead the delivery of innovative data solutions. We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Data and Analytics Advisor to join our team and drive data-informed decision-making across the organisation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about transforming data into actionable insights. Youll support strategic decision-making and uplift analytics capability across the business working with a dynamic team and a clear roadmap. What Youll Do:
- Support the delivery of C&PI Data and Analytics Roadmap ensuring alignment with strategic priorities - optimising and transforming data and analytics solution across performance operational customer and regulatory reporting.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to identify data needs and translate them into actionable initiatives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards reports and analytical models using tools like Tableau Databricks or similar
- Mentor and coach team members to uplift capability and promote self-serve analytics tools.
- Manage data governance risk frameworks and ensure data quality through validation and profiling
What Youll Bring:
- Proven experience (7 years) in business intelligence or data analytics within financial services or technology.
- Expertise in tools such as Tableau COGNOS Thoughtspot and programming languages like SQL Python SAS or R.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience managing data lifecycle from requirements gathering to solution delivery.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate technical concepts in business terms.
- A degree in information systems data analytics or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
