Connoisseur Media Connecticut is on the hunt for our next driven dynamic and digitally savvy Producer to join the Anna & Raven Show based in Milford CT and heard on 75 stations nationwide!

This isnt just any morning show. Anna and Raven deliver fun fast-paced and relatable content that connects with audiences across the country and were looking for someone who can help take it even higher.

As the Show Producer youll be the heartbeat behind the scenes booking great guests prepping hosts tracking the biggest trends crafting engaging social media moments and keeping the show fresh topical and entertaining every single day.

Responsibilities(to include but not limited to):

Research and book guests on a daily basis.
Prepare interview questions and secure guest bio information.
Use various social media platforms to promote segments of the show.
Assist in the show map and plan for programming days ahead.
When requested participate on-air.
Compile trending topics and pitch story ideas.
Interact with affiliate stations and help fulfill their requests.
Use Adobe to edit audio video and photos.
Be topical relevant local and connect to the demographic of the show.
Follow direction from the show hosts and complete tasks assigned by them.

Qualifications:

Skilled at finding and booking high-quality guests even on short notice.
Naturally curious and tuned in to whats timely and relevant.
Strong grasp of social media editing posting and driving engagement.
Creative thinker with a keen sense for compelling content.
Highly organized adaptable and calm under pressure.
Excellent communicator and collaborator with both talent and the public.
Demonstrate professional appearance and demeanor in/out of the stations where you always represent the Company.
Professional polished and audience-aware you understand what connects with The Anna & Raven Show listeners.
