As the Director of AI and Advanced Analytics you will spearhead the evolution of financial decision-making by promoting augmented analytics predictive insights and data-driven this position you will act as a strategic liaison between Finance AI technology and business unitsensuring alignment value and tangible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Support the vision and plan for artificial intelligence and analytic insights within Finance consistent with enterprise transformation goals.

• Innovation Delivery: Own the composition and deployment of intelligent solutions that automate processes improve forecasting and optimize financial performance.

• Collaborate with AI IT and business collaborators to identify high-impact opportunities and deliver scalable solutions.

• Data-Driven Decision Support: Translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights that influence strategic direction.

• Governance & Alignment: Ensure all initiatives align with corporate policies data governance standards and Microns digital transformation strategy.

• Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists analysts and finance technologists.

• Change Management: Encourage the use of AI and analytics solutions across Finance by effectively communicating training and engaging with collaborators.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 15 years of professional background in Finance Accounting Systems or similar domains within a sizable and intricate company with a preference for high-tech sectors.

• 7 years of leadership experience in finance fields including management of systems and processes ideally in globally dispersed teams.

• Demonstrated success leading projects involving innovative technology and sophisticated data analysis in the Finance industry at a global company.

• Deep understanding of financial systems data architecture and innovative technologies (e.g. ML NLP RPA).

• Strong business insight with the ability to translate technical capabilities into financial value.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree in finance accounting information systems or related fields MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

• Experience with packaged solutions (e.g. Moveworks MS Copilot UIPath) and enterprise applications.

• Proven success in handling cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.

• Outstanding communication and collaborator coordination skills.

• Passion for innovation continuous improvement and talent development.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors including knowledge skills experience tenure and relevant education or training.
