Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as company contact for job information application requests and application receipt.
- Status candidates via the applicant tracking system.
- Provide services to department managers to assist with filling position vacancies.
- Close paperwork loop between a departments job offer and Human Recourses.
- Establish contacts and develop materials for recruiting efforts.
- Attend career fairs and represent Quadax at college recruiting tables.
- Expand web recruiting and expand Quadax base of recruiting partnerships.
- Evaluate recruiting methods.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
- College degree or 2 years of equivalent work experience
- Experience recruiting insurance specialists and medical billers a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong PC skills including Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Absolute discretion with issues of confidentiality
- Ability to establish priorities and work with minimal supervision
- Strong customer service orientation
