About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Entry Level Communications Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our mission of effective communication and this role you will play a crucial part in supporting our marketing and communication efforts across various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and distribution of communication materials including newsletters press releases and promotional content.
- Manage and update social media platforms to engage with our audience effectively.
- Support the planning and execution of events workshops and webinars.
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Monitor media coverage and compile reports on communication efforts.
- Respond to inquiries from the public and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing Public Relations or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and basic graphic design software.
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
