Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Housekeeping responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Deliver linens towels amenities and supplies promptly to guest rooms and housekeeping staff during the evening shift.
- Respond quickly to ALICE/radio requests and ensure all guest and team needs are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Restock housekeeping closets and carts to support room attendants and house attendants.
- Collect soiled linen and trash from guest floors and transport to designated areas.
- Maintain service hallways storage rooms and closets in clean organized condition.
- Assist with evening turndown or special guest requests when required.
- Perform sanitation of all guestroom glassware and china.
- Maintain the gym gym lockers and gym restrooms clean sanitized and organized.
- Report any maintenance issues guest concerns or safety hazards immediately to a supervisor.
- Uphold all hotel grooming safety and service standards.
Qualifications :
- Previous Housekeeping experience an asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
