About SendTech
Pitney Bowes SendTech segment provides mailing and shipping technologies software and solutions that help businesses of all sizes simplify sending reduce costs and improve productivity. Our portfolio includes shipping platforms mailing systems and related services that enable clients to manage their sending needs with accuracy efficiency and control.

The FP&A Analyst SendTech Reporting & Operating Expenses is responsible for planning forecasting and analyzing approximately $250M in North America Marketing and G&A expenses. This role provides visibility into key controllable costs consolidates results for global FP&A reporting and delivers insights that drive efficiency and financial discipline across the SendTech segment.

You Will:

  • Lead planning (budget forecast) and variance analysis for North America Marketing and G&A expense categories.
  • Perform detailed reviews of p-card usage and travel spend to identify cost drivers and savings opportunities.
  • Consolidate results for global SendTech actuals forecasts and quarterly presentation packages.
  • Partner with functional leaders to provide actionable insights on controllable expenses and recommend areas for improvement.
  • Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests from SendTech leadership and Corporate FP&A.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field (required).
  • 13 years of FP&A or accounting experience (preferred).
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; SAP ECC 6.0 experience a plus.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and communicate findings clearly to business partners.
  • Willingness to adopt generative AI solutions to enhance the quality speed and effectiveness of financial analysis and reporting.

Compensation:

The wage range for this position is $80000-$90000 / year with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements.

Location:

This is a hybrid role with 4 days in the Shelton CT office required. (No relocation assistance offered.)
