Werelooking for an experiencedRisk & Quality Senior Associate or Managerto join our Advisoryteam inTāmakiMakaurau / Auckland supporting Consulting Deals and Risk Services.
This role focuses on helping the business apply PwCs Risk & Quality frameworks in a practical and proportionate way supporting good decision-making qualitydeliveryand a strong culture of care and integrity.
Youllwork closely with Partners and staff to provide guidance on risk management independence and compliance assess new business opportunities and support complex engagements across Advisory.
Youllcollaborate with local and global R&Q teams contribute to firm-wide initiatives and stay connected to emergingservicessuch as AI and large-scale transformationprogrammes. This is a collaborative people-focused role offering meaningful exposurevarietyand the opportunity to make a real impact across the firm.

In this role you will:
Help Partners and teams make confident well-informed decisions by providing clear and practical Risk & Quality guidance across Consulting Deals and Risk Services
Enable the firm to pursue the right work in the right way by supporting the assessment of new engagements independenceconsiderationsandappropriate safeguards
Strengthen quality delivery across Advisory by supporting PwCs Quality Management System and Global Quality EngagementProgramme
Build understanding and consistency in Risk & Quality through high-quality reportingtrainingand communications
Contribute to the firms future-focused services by working alongside local and Global R&Q teams and staying connected to emerging areas such as AI and large-scale transformationprogrammes

This role will suit someone who enjoysworking collaboratively thinking carefully about risk and supporting others to do their best work.
6years experiencein Risk & Quality related role ideally within a professional services or advisory environment
The ability to apply risk and quality frameworks in a practical balanced way that supports both quality outcomes and commercial decision-making
Clear written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing reportsguidanceor training for a range of audiences
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills with the ability to work through issues thoughtfully and reach well-reasoned outcomes
A collaborative relationship-focused approach with confidence working alongside Partners and teams and a willingness to keep learning
