Job Summary

About the Role

This role focuses on following up on open leads generating new opportunities and supporting customers with technical sales queries. Youll work closely with our sales service and operations teams to deliver the high-quality service the business is known for.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up on sales leads and generate new business opportunities.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries (phone email online)
Prepare quotes proposals and technical specifications.
Provide clear advice on products
Maintain accurate customer records in SAP Business One

The Ideal Candidate

Background in Plumbing & Heating / HVAC / Renewables
Knowledge of SEAI Grants & Home Energy Upgrade Schemes
Confident communicator with a customer-first approach
Organised detail-focused and proactive in following up on leads.
Sales support telesales or admin experience an advantage (training provided)
