As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Workflow Services you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams build key relationships and enable the product to continuously deliver value.
Job responsibilities
- Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
- Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firms risk controls compliance and regulatory requirements
- Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
- Support partnerships and help enable a clear path to production for new partner apps contributing to consistency in design code reuse and speed to production through AI-driven automation and insights
- Assist with business partner consultations to support innovation manage dependencies and streamline processes using AI/LLM tools
- Simplify support models and intake processes to increase speed to market for production incidents enhancements and new workflow solutions
- Contribute to the implementation of standards and best practices for application consistency performance and workflow optimization
- Build working relationships with project sponsors business stakeholders technology Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) Design Team and other functional partners to provide/complete required project documentation (process flows roadmaps gap analysis procedures test scripts etc.)
- Assist in partner operational readiness assessments testing execution communications onboarding production deployment and post-implementation support
- Help drive strategic designs for configurable components maintain the product catalog and support partner contributions to the framework
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- 3 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
- Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
- Experience in product deployment processes
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Familiarity with AI/LLM technologies and their application in business processes with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies
