The Marketplace Coordinator at StockX serves as a key driver of growth for all categories with a focus on Collectibles and Trading Cards. You will contribute to all parts of the business process for these categories including identifying products to add to our catalog onboarding new sellers and working with marketing and merchandising partners to get these categories in front of our customers. Your work will be fundamental to the success of StockXs emerging categories as you lead the strategy for growth in partnership with Marketplace leaders.
What youll do
- Research and identify items to add to the StockX catalog with a focus in the Collectibles and Trading Cards categories
- Review customer requests for products across categories with a focus in the Collectibles and Trading Cards categories in partnership with the catalog team
- Attend meetings to advocate for your categories to be marketed and merchandised
- Submit requests for creative social and merchandising assets
- Complete regular audits of our catalog with a focus in Collectibles and Trading Cards increasing richness and assuring quality and accuracy of product pages
- Monitor industry trends and news
- Identify new brands and trends to add to our catalog
- Work with Operations to develop and implement Verification processes for new brands and products
- Be the internal expert on Collectibles and Trading Cards answering questions from stakeholders across the entire business
- Report updates and results to Marketplace Leaders
About you
- Expertise in Marketplaces and reselling including understanding upcoming releases and trends. Expertise in Collectibles and Trading Cards is a significant plus.
- Understanding of competitive online marketplaces for Collectibles and Trading Cards
- Ability to identify items that will resell organically
- Sense of urgency to perform tasks to timelines
- Minimum of intermediate skills in Google Sheets/Excel
- Ability to manipulate and understand data sets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work well in teams good communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-pace entrepreneurial work environment
Nice to have skills
- Minimum of one year experience in a corporate environment internships also a plus
Pursuant to the various pay transparency laws/acts the pay range is $55000 to $65000 annually plus opportunities for benefits (e.g. medical dental) equity and discretionary bonuses. Compensation is dependent on geography and may vary.
