What Youll Do:

Lead complex litigation and arbitration matters with confidence and strategic insight
Manage all aspects of case preparation under partner supervision
Develop expertise in securities financial services and complex business transactions
Deliver exceptional research writing and advocacy at every stage

What Were Looking For:

A talented litigator with a strong background in California state and federal court matters
Exceptional writing analytical and communication skills
Familiarity with FINRA financial services labor law or complex business transactions is a plus
A commitment to producing high-quality work in a collaborative professional environment
