Job Summary

Were delighted to be recruiting for a part-time Support Pharmacist to join a community-focused pharmacy in Athenry Co. Galway.

What you need to know:
This is a permanent part-time position working Mondays and Tuesdays (9am6pm). The pharmacy uses the MPS dispensing system and an attractive salary package is on offer for the right candidate.

What youll be doing:

Provide a safe and efficient dispensing service in line with pharmacy and PSI guidelines.
Ensure the safe and effective delivery of medicines to all customers.
Build strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and trust.
Maintain appropriate stock levels ensuring correct storage and monitoring of dated products.
Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
Communicate effectively with patients customers and the wider pharmacy team.

What we desire:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with regular customers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and good time management.

What we require:

Registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI).
At least 2 years of Irish pharmacy experience ideally in a busy dispensary.
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding patient care and customer service.
