Job Summary

Join us as an HCP Engagement & Contracting Operations Manager and play a vital role in ensuring compliant and efficient interactions with the healthcare community. A Typical Day:

  • Oversee the end-to-end engagement and contracting process with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and organizations across international markets.
  • Act as the go-to expert for international commercial teams providing guidance on HCP engagement and sponsorship processes.
  • Develop and maintain training materials including manuals and online resources while coordinating training programs for internal teams.
  • Collaborate with legal compliance and commercial teams to ensure consistency and regulatory alignment in engagement practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HCP engagement and contracting processes identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the creation and management of procedural documents to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated on company policies procedures and government regulations conducting reviews and supporting internal audits.
  • Drive process optimization by implementing best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

This Role May Be For You If You:

  • Have 35 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry with a focus on HCP engagement and sponsorships.
  • Are detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • Thrive in collaborative environments working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Are knowledgeable about regulatory requirements and compliance standards for HCP engagement and sponsorships.
  • Are a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a drive for continuous improvement.

  • Are passionate about maintaining high standards of compliance while supporting strategic objectives.

To Be Considered:
