Applicants for this role will need to be flexible to work either at our existing Pacific Centre location or soon to be re-opened Oakridge location.
We are looking for a Store Manager to join our Store this role you will:
Champion the Customer Experience
- Deliver consistent exceptional customer experience and in-store environment
- Ensure Leadership team coaching Associates on the sales floor
- Ensure Tailorshop and Customer Service function meets and exceeds expectations
- Implement Company strategy
Attract Retain and Develop your Team
- Focus on attraction retention and the development of leadership and top-selling talent
- Identify training needs and successors for key leadership positions
- Hold one-on-one meetings and formal assessments
Run a Profitable Business
- Ensure key business success metrics are consistently achieved
- Plan most effective use of scheduling
- Understand and consistently apply procedures and policies
Successful candidates will require:
- 6-8 years of retail experience with senior leadership capacity in managing a store
- A focus on driving long-term customer loyalty and conversion by training team on elevating both the in-store and online customer experience)
- A track record of improving all sales operations employee engagement and client experience related KPIs within a retail store through the conceptualization and execution of comprehensive and targeted strategies
- Demonstrated interest and ability to develop others (with a proven track record of documented coaching and development as well as performance improvement plans that have resulted in tangible improvements)
- Our menswear retail environment includes working within various departments such as sportswear footwear accessories outerwear tailored clothing and made-to-measure. Experience in the retail industry is preferred.
- Strong business acumen in luxury retail and a keen understanding of how to execute business plans and company initiatives individually and through ones team

**Compensation will be based on skills and experiences with a starting range of $110000 - $130000 annually plus bonuses and incentives.
