Better Path Homes is seeking a driven Real Estate Investment Sales Specialist to join our acquisitions this role youll connect with homeowners evaluate properties and negotiate winwin solutions that help sellers move forward while fueling our companys growth. If you thrive in a fastpaced environment love building relationships and are motivated by results this is your chance to make a meaningful impact in the Greater Charlotte market.

  • Engage with potential sellers through phone calls virtual meetings and in-person appointments
  • Conduct property walk-throughs to assess condition estimate repairs and negotiate contracts on the spot
  • Build trust with homeowners by listening overcoming objections and guiding them toward solutions
  • Research property values comparables and market trends to support acquisition decisions
  • Document all interactions and deal progress in CRM with accuracy and timeliness
  • Collaborate with team members during meetings and training sessions
  • Prepare contracts letters of intent and due diligence documents for transactions
  • Follow up consistently on leads to maximize conversion opportunities
  • Travel within 12 hours of Charlotte for property inspections and seller meetings
  • Proven success in sales or business development ability to set appointments build rapport and close deals
  • Strong communication skills especially over the phone and in person
  • Selfmotivated competitive and goaloriented with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
  • Comfortable learning real estate concepts (property values repair estimates contracts) prior exposure is helpful but not required
  • Coachable and eager to grow within a fastpaced investment environment
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for local travel
