Job Summary
Position Summary
Provide individualized career coaching for students pursuing careers in finance marketing general business and other related fields. Support includes career exploration job search strategies resume and cover letter development networking and preparation for behavioral technical and case interviews. Advise students in one-on-one and small-group settings tailoring guidance to their unique goals and professional interests. Track student progress and outcomes.
Required Qualifications Competencies And Experience
Bachelors degree and three years of experience in the area of assignment of which at least one is supervisory or in a lead-worker capacity; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Preferred Qualifications Competencies And Experience
Progressive coaching experience especially experience working with business majors and industries.
