About the Role
We are seeking an experienced high-energy Certified Personal Trainer with strong group fitness coaching experience to lead our signature split-room classes. Each class includes half the members on treadmills and half on the strength floor with the coach managing both sides simultaneously.
The ideal coach thrives in a high-energy music-driven environment connects easily with people and motivates both new and experienced members. Youll inspire members to push past limits convert first-timers into loyal members and represent the STRIDE Fitness brand both inside and outside the studio.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver 55-minute high-intensity classes combining treadmill-based cardio and floor-based strength training
Manage and motivate both sides of the room simultaneously
Provide clear confident cueing in a loud music-filled environment
Offer progressions and modifications for multiple fitness levels
Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members
Build strong member relationships and use names consistently
Support membership growth by creating excitement and demonstrating value
Maintain punctuality professionalism and high energy
Participate in STRIDE Fitness events challenges and community initiatives
Required Qualifications
Certified Personal Trainer (NASM ACE ISSA ACSM NSCA etc.) active and in good standing
Group fitness coaching experience in a studio gym or athletic environment
Strong public speaking skills with the ability to project clarity and energy
CPR/AED certification preferred
Reliable transportation
Must live within a 30-minute commute
