Job Summary
Were looking for Growth Marketers with a strong data-driven mindset to join our Digital Sales this role youll design and execute personalized marketing initiatives that drive customer activation engagement and long-term growth.
Youll work across the customer lifecycle from deeper feature adoption to product expansion using insights experimentation and digital marketing tools to create measurable business impact.
What Youll Do
- Design and optimize customer journeys that increase adoption engagement and retention.
- Build targeted campaigns to drive activation upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Use analytics and experimentation to measure impact and continuously improve performance.
- Collaborate with CRM product and content teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Translate insights into clear actions ensuring marketing initiatives align with business priorities.

Furthermore you have:
- Proven experience in growth marketing lifecycle marketing or CRM.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data KPIs and testing frameworks.
- Hands-on expertise with marketing automation analytics and personalization tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics Adobe Target CRM platforms).
- Experience in building campaigns for activation upsell or cross-sell.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work across teams and stakeholders.
- A growth mindset curious experimental and results-driven.
