Job Summary

Position Summary

Responsibilities:

Lead mentor and grow a team of engineers through hiring coaching and performance management
Provide hands-on technical leadership architecture oversight and code review as necessary
Drive continuous improvement in team processes workflows and tools to enhance productivity and product quality
Foster a healthy collaborative and inclusive team culture aligned with company values
Clearly communicate status risks and dependencies to stakeholders at all levels

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

12 years of overall experience with at least 4 years of experience leading engineering team
Proven track record of delivering high performance software
Must be from the gaming industry preferably from Slot Gaming background
Deep understanding of software architecture & engineering best practices
Strong understanding of modern engineering practices including Agile CI/CD testing and version control
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to mentor and grow engineering talent
