About the Role

Were looking for a driven Senior Accountant with strong leadership capabilities to join our team. Youll lead a small team of professionals provide technical oversight and work closely with senior leadership to improve internal systems and drive client value.

Lead and mentor a team fostering collaboration and professional growth
Assist senior managers in enhancing systems and improving workflow efficiency
Oversee and review compliance deliverables such as financial statements and tax returns
Manage annual tax planning and deliver tailored tax-saving strategies
Review business advisory reports and contribute to clients strategic planning
Communicate complex accounting taxation and business matters clearly.

Skills and Experience

5 years of experience in public practice specifically in tax and business advisory
At least 2 years in leadership managerial or supervisory capacity
Strong track record in managing deadlines and client relationships
High level of accuracy and analytical thinking
Experience with a wide range of clients across industries
Proficient in cloud-based accounting platforms especially Xero
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
