Description

P.B. Bell is seeking a motivated Assistant Community Manager with strong leadership and interpersonal skills to join our team at The Marketside at Verrado a new lease-up apartment community located in Buckeye AZ

As the Assistant Community Manager youll partner closely with the Community Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the property. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with leasing and marketing efforts to drive occupancy

  • Supporting resident retention and delivering exceptional customer service

  • Handling administrative tasks including rent collection bank deposits and reporting

  • Processing accounts payable and assisting with site accounting functions

  • Acting on behalf of the Community Manager during absences

This is a hands-on customer-focused role with a direct impact on the success of the community.

Weekend availability is required.

Skills & Requirements

  • Six (6) months of Assistant Property Managerexperience at an apartment community
  • Excellent communication organizational and leadership skills necessary
  • Strong leasing and marketing experience a must
  • Good computer skills required
  • Yardi experiencepreferred
  • Must act in a respectful courteous and professionalmanner at all times
  • Must be customer service oriented
