Job Summary
Were looking for a dependable part-time landscape pro with water line and general maintenance skills to join our team! Great company pay and benefits.
- Daily community clean-up
- Landscaping
- Lawn mowing/lawn care
- Trimming and edging grounds
- General cleanup of grounds
- Light electrical
- Light plumbing
- Light painting and carpentry
- Miscellaneous general maintenance duties as assigned by the community manager
- Physical demands include bending pushing/pulling lifting/carrying more than 50 lbs
- Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks
- Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made
- Knowledge of water meters sewer systems
- Safe use of maintenance equipment techniques and procedures
- 2 years of similar maintenance experience
- Available for occasional emergency repairs. These do not occur often.
