About the Role
We are building our talent pool for experienced and motivated Sales Support Representatives who can assist sales teams in managing client relationships streamlining processes and ensuring a seamless sales operation. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented tech-savvy and thrive in a remote fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
- Assist in preparing proposals quotes and client presentations
- Maintain and update customer information and sales data in CRM systems
- Track leads follow up on pending inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses
- Generate and analyze sales reports to support decision-making
- Communicate professionally with clients prospects and internal stakeholders
- Support the onboarding process for new customers and handle documentation requirements
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the sales department
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a Sales Support Sales Operations or Customer-Facing Administrative role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with basic understanding of sales metrics and reporting
- Proficiency with sales and productivity tools such as:
- CRM platforms (Salesforce HubSpot Zoho CRM Pipedrive)
- Project management tools (Asana Trello ClickUp)
- Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Slides)
- Communication tools (Slack Zoom Microsoft Teams)
- Document and file management tools (DocuSign Dropbox Notion)
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to supporting sales operations
