What Youll Do
Summary:
Responsible for addressing customer needs by providing detailed support related to purchase orders technical product information assistance with online orders updates on open orders and general inquiries about our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage purchase orders via phone and email including returns and applicable credit issuance.
- Generate order reports for key accounts.
- Assist customers with special requests or inquiries regarding customized products tailored to their specifications.
- Provide support for online orders including order status updates shipping dates and general product-related questions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Advanced English proficiency (90%).
- Computer skills: Intermediate Excel; experience with Oracle is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
