Job Summary

Overview:
We are seeking detail-oriented and analytical professionals with strong experience in quality control and process compliance within BPO KPO or order management environments. The ideal candidate should be capable of conducting precise audits ensuring process excellence and driving operational accuracy.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control order management deal execution or within a BPO/KPO setup.
Bachelors degree in Business Operations or a relevant discipline. Professional certifications such as CIMA CIM or AAT would be an advantage.
Proven ability to perform accurate and compliant audits on high-value transactions to ensure process integrity and timely delivery.
Working knowledge of SAP CRM or workflow management tools is preferred.
Strong experience in quality checks compliance reviews and audit reporting with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements.
