Der Bereich SAP Platform & Data Center Operations innerhalb der Informationstechnologie (IT) der Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG verantwortet die Bereitstellung den Betrieb und die konzeptionelle und technologische Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Serverlandschaft sowie komplexen SAP-Landschaft. Wir setzen SAP als ERP-System unter anderem in den Bereichen Produktion Montage und Entwicklung für unseren Vertrieb und Service sowie unserer Logistik als auch in administrativen Bereichen wie Finanzen ein.

Zur Leitung dieser strategisch wichtigen Einheit suchen wir eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Disziplinarische Führung eines Teams von etwa 10 Mitarbeitenden
• Management der weltweiten internen Serverlandschaft sowie der komplexen SAP-Landschaft von HEIDELBERG
• Steuerung des internen Teams sowie Management der beauftragten externen Provider (Service- & Providermanagement)
• Vorbereitung und Durchführung zukünftiger Providerausschreibungen
• Planung und Steuerung notwendiger Patch- und Upgrade-Aktivitäten
• Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Betriebsstabilität und Kosteneffizienz

Unsere Anforderungen:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik Wirtschaftsinformatik Ingenieurwissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Management komplexer Server- und SAP-Landschaften
• Fundierte Führungserfahrung im SAP-Umfeld in einem internationalen Team
• Erfahrungen im Bereich Service- und Providermanagement
• Erfahrungen mit Ausschreibungsverfahren
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und sichere Englischkenntnisse
• Teamfähigkeit Durchsetzungsvermögen Verantwortungsbewusstsein Flexibilität Kommunikationsgeschick und Überzeugungskraft runden Ihre Persönlichkeit ab
