Our accounting firm is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service manage front desk operations and support administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Pay- $18 an hour
Morning shift. Start time- 9 am
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients visitors and staff in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls emails and inquiries to the appropriate staff.
- Manage appointment scheduling client check-ins and meeting room bookings.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Assist with filing scanning and document management.
- Provide administrative support to accountants and other team members as needed.
- Uphold client confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist administrative assistant or in a customer service role (experience in an accounting or professional office is an asset).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook); familiarity with accounting software is an asset.
- Highly organized detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
- Professional demeanor with strong client service skills.
