- Implement and validate Dell Boot-in-Factory hooks for each task sequence release
- Export Approved Task Sequence and upload to Dell factory
- Orchestrate First Article testing of each new Boot-in-Factory project collecting feedback and approval from Customer Acceptability Testing Engineer
- Provide guidance on proper hardware driver configs during hardware transition
- Support driver related conflicts/issues for Dell branded equipment (Engineering level Support)
- Advise command on proper configuration for running deployments from Dell Factory Services
- Assist with the Configuration of SCCM OSD Task Sequences and provide best practice recommendation
- Provide input to documentation process of operational documentation defining architecture maintenance and upgrade procedures
- Assist with Updates of SCCM OSD to accommodate Windows 10 feature upgrade (Windows as a Service) build release
- Participate / Provide Guidance on Image release and rollout schedule
- Liaise between onsite SCCM admins Image development team and Dell Boot-in- factory Engineers the Dell Technologies Customer supplies all tools/software & has IP licenses for same
- US Citizenship & Active Top Secret Clearance
- Comp Tia Sec certification
