Job Summary

Do you enjoy gift wrapping Excited by creating the perfect parcel Do you have tips and tricks on how to stay safe online Looking to do some traveling and spreading holiday joy Inventa is looking for a team of Brand Ambassadors to talk to gift givers about cyber security. The team will be taking in gifts from customers and wrapping them in custom wrapping paper. Complete with tips to staying safe while navigating new devices with access to the internet. Perfect for those who are getting their first phone laptop or tablet!
To excel in this role you will have strong customer service skills and sense of leadership in addition to having open availability on for training and shifts (outlined below). Previous experience is required as well as experience with customer service and public relations.
Brand Ambassadors Responsibilities:
Arriving to footprint 15 minutes early to be prepped for the shift
Providing excellent customer service to guests
Handling and wrapping packages with extreme care
Delivering clear key messaging
Supporting the Supervisor with tasks
Tracking any problems and reporting them to the Supervisor
Completing a nightly report and sending it to the Supervisor
Familiarizing yourself with the companys mission vision and goals.
Answering any questions from guests that are within their scope
Monitoring customer feedback and deescalating disgruntled guests onsite
Representing the company in a fun and professional manner
Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times
Active participation in set up/tear down/opening/closing tasks
Requirements:
Valid drivers license
Comfort and ability to wrap presents neatly
Must be bilingual (French and English)

Brand Ambassador: $24/hr
