Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and bilingualOracle Field Service (OFS) Consultant & LATAM Operations Leadto drive the optimization and efficiency of our Field Service operations across the Latin America region. This role requires a unique blend of operational management deep process expertise and hands-on experience in configuring and leveraging theOracle Field Service Cloud platform. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solution delivery ensuring service excellence and high customer satisfaction throughout LATAM.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience implementing configuring or supporting the Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS) solution.
- Strong functional knowledge of key Field Service Management principles including dynamic scheduling routing mobile workforce management and parts logistics.
- Proficiency in English and professional working proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is required for regional management and communication.
- Proven ability to work with Service Management or Customer Service (CS) ERP modules such as SAP SM/CS is a major asset (indicating experience with complex integrated environments).
