Job Summary:
The RN Med/Surg is responsible for providing compassionate evidence-based nursing care to adult patients with diverse medical and surgical conditions.

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct nursing care and coordinate patient care plans.
Administer medications perform assessments and monitor progress.
Document accurately in EMR.
Support patient and family education.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience.
Strong clinical and communication skills.

Licenses & Certifications:

Active RN license (WV).
Current BLS certification required.
