Job Summary

- Identify tag and escalate high-value cases
- Partner with attorneys regional directors and managing partners to oversee progression of high-value cases.
- Monitor compliance with key litigation milestones
- Provide detailed reporting and analytics to leadership on high-value case progression and risks.
- Identify risks bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement in case management.
- Develop and maintain dashboards trackers and reports in SalesForce/Power BI/Excel/Google Sheets to measure performance and outcomes.
- Ensure consistency and accountability across high-value case handling.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders to drive case strategy alignment.
- Bachelors degree required; Project management or legal industry experience preferred.
- 5 years of experience in case management legal operations or a related analytical/project management role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of building trust and fostering collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- Detail-Oriented Execution: Ensures no deadlines or requirements are missed.
- Analytical Thinking: Comfortable interpreting data spotting trends and presenting insights.
- Communication: Clear professional and effective across attorneys leadership and staff.
- Collaboration: Builds strong working relationships across offices and departments.
- Accountability: Holds self and others responsible for timely quality results.
