Adult Clinical Licensed Supervisor

The Company: For over 60 years our client has provided comprehensive behavioral health and family counseling services in Bay Calhoun Gulf Holmes Jackson and Washington counties in the Florida Panhandle. They offer objective professional help with personal problems ranging from family life adjustment difficulties to stress reactions substance abuse and mental illness.

The Position: Our Client is looking for Clinical Supervisor to join their adult outpatient facility as a lead clinician. The Client is offering the following benefits and compensation:

Requirements:

Masters Degree With a Concentration in Human Services Counseling Clinical Psychology or Social Work.
Current Florida License as an LCSW (For 3 Plus Years)
Strong Background in Family Interventions.
Comfortable Working With Adults and Families.
Supervising License

Responsibilities:

8AM-5PM (Monday- Friday)
Oversee a Team of Licensed Social Workers Interns and Masters Level Staff
Complete Comprehensive Evaluations
Address Individual Adult Needs Abilities Strengths and Preferences
Address Family Dynamics That Are Relevant to Successful Adult Functioning
Develop Treatment Plans And Reviews in Conjunction With Other Staff
