Job Summary:
The HR Ops I plays a pivotal administrative support role in the day-to-day central functionsof HR/Payroll/Recruiting Operations. The person most successful in this role possesses a keen ability to manage multiple priorities follow through on tasks organize effectively and an aptitude for content creation. The role is a member of HR Ops resource pool that supports HRBPs the Head of Talent and the COO/CHRO and reports to the HRBP on the team managing the Central Functions who serves as the administrative manager.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to the HRBPs and Head of Talent in all phases of the employee lifecycle:
- Coordination of activities in:
- Recruitment
- Onboarding
- Offboarding
- Compliance
- Ad Hoc projects (DEIB events audits communications performance management etc.)
- Accurately tracks and upkeeps employment records in accordance with applicable CHC policies state and federal regulations.
- Schedules and organizes meetings as requested.
- Manages creative projects and curates HR content:
- Assists in the research writing editing and proofreading of various content formats including but not limited to:
- Working with various HR members and DEIBAC to review organize develop draft and produce content videos and graphics
- Internal communications (articles newsletters website copy social media content etc.)
- Assists with event coordination and planning related to HR activities (e.g. employee appreciation HR retreats occasional training seminars etc.)
- Onboarding
- Responsive to first-tier HR operation inquiriesand refers more complex inquiries to senior members of the team.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact professionalism and diplomacy
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Canva Adobe Docusign
- Ability to multitask and prioritize several tasks and projects simultaneously
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to use appropriate discretion to maintainconfidentiality of all HR matters
- Stays current withstate/federal regulations and applies appropriate changes to employee recordkeeping practices.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in business administration or related field
- 2 years of general office or HR administrative experience
- Has obtained or is pursuing a Human Resources certification
- Previous payroll HRIS administration data entry or recruitment coordination experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Compensation:
Range: $27 - $34
Pay Type: hourly
* The starting base hourly rate for this position is as shown above. The actual base hourly rate is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background training work experience location business needs and market demand. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
