Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Travel Night RN Emergency Departmentfor an exciting Travel in Syracuse NY.

Qualifications:

Active New York State RN license
1.52 years recent emergency or acute care experience
Experience in Level 1 or 2 trauma centers preferred
EPIC EMR experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment critical thinking and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver expert nursing care to adult and pediatric patients in the ED
Conduct rapid assessments triage and ongoing monitoring of critical patients
Administer medications IV therapies and interventions safely and efficiently
Collaborate with physicians advanced practice providers and care teams to optimize outcomes
Float between ED units as patient needs demand
Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC or other EMRs
Follow hospital policies infection control and safety protocols
Respond to trauma and emergency situations with confidence and autonomy
Maintain licensure and certifications including BLS and pursue ongoing professional development
