Position : Principal Compliance (InfoSec & Privacy Compliance Monitoring)

RoleOverview:

The InfoSec and Privacy compliance Monitoring team have mission identifying non-compliance by monitoring and assessing whether the employees and services across Taiwan business that handling confidential information such as personal information are complying with the regulations certifications requirements and supporting the prompt remediate of identified risk factors.

WhatYouWillDo:

• ConductandmanagethecompliancemonitoringprogramforInfoSecandPrivacyarea.
• Conducttheregularcompliancemonitoringplanandconductthecompliancemonitoringacrosssystemsapplicationsandidentifythenon-complianceissuesandremediation.
• Conducttheregularconsigneeinspectionplanandconducttheinspectionandidentifythenon-complianceissuesandremediation.
• Suggestremediationsoralternativestodefectsidentifiedthroughmonitoring
• AssessInfoSecandPrivacycompliancerisksandsetprioritiesbasedonrisklevel.
• HelpmitigateandremediatetheInfoSecandPrivacycompliancerisks.
• Trackregulatorychangesandassesstheirimpactoncompanyssecurityandprivacyposture.

BasicQualifications:

• BachelorsDegreeisrequired.
• Morethan8yearsofInfoSecandPrivacycompliancemonitoringexperience.
• Familiaritywithdataprotectionlawsandcybersecurityframeworks.
• AbilitytoreviewandprovideguidanceonInfoSecandPrivacycomplianceissues.

Remuneration

• MonthlysalaryofmorethanNT$40000(fixedorvariablesalaryvariesdependingonpersonalqualificationsorperformance)
