Position Overview
We are excited to announce the opening of our brand-new Ermington centre catering for 68 children across three purpose-built rooms. This is a rare opportunity to establish a new service from the ground up shaping its culture programs and community connections from day one. Youll be supported by a passionate team and the wider Mini Masterminds network as you bring this vision to life.

Responsibilities

  • Lead inspire and mentor a team of educators fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations budgets and resources while ensuring compliance and excellence in quality standards.

  • Develop and deliver engaging holistic learning programs that support childrens development and ignite their curiosity.

  • Ensure a safe nurturing and inclusive environment for every child.

  • Build strong relationships with families and the local community promoting engagement and trust.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Centre Director in a service with at least 50 licensed places.

  • Current paid Working with Children Check First Aid & CPR certification and a National Police Check (issued within the last 6 months).

  • In-depth knowledge of childcare regulations compliance requirements and the National Quality Standards.

  • Exceptional leadership communication and organisational skills.
