Job Summary

Job Title: Business Development Representative
Beaumont TX ð¼ Full-Time ð Transportation & Oilfield Logistics

What Youll Do:
In this role youll be the face of UVL to our clients both new and existing. Youll identify new sales opportunities build trusted relationships and work cross-functionally to deliver top-tier service and logistics solutions.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts
  • Research potential clients and markets to uncover new business opportunities
  • Represent UVL at industry events trade shows and conferences
  • Engage in the full sales cycle: prospecting quoting onboarding and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Deliver presentations and proposals that win business
  • Track activity and results in our CRM system
  • Set and achieve KPIs and revenue goals in partnership with leadership

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven success in business development ideally in logistics oil & gas or transportation
  • A hunter mentality with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Based in DFW and willing to travel across Texas and Louisiana
  • Ability to make rig/field visits as needed
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Bachelors degree preferred but not required
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
