Job Title: Business Development Representative
Beaumont TX ð¼ Full-Time ð Transportation & Oilfield Logistics
What Youll Do:
In this role youll be the face of UVL to our clients both new and existing. Youll identify new sales opportunities build trusted relationships and work cross-functionally to deliver top-tier service and logistics solutions.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts
- Research potential clients and markets to uncover new business opportunities
- Represent UVL at industry events trade shows and conferences
- Engage in the full sales cycle: prospecting quoting onboarding and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Deliver presentations and proposals that win business
- Track activity and results in our CRM system
- Set and achieve KPIs and revenue goals in partnership with leadership
What Were Looking For:
- Proven success in business development ideally in logistics oil & gas or transportation
- A hunter mentality with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Based in DFW and willing to travel across Texas and Louisiana
- Ability to make rig/field visits as needed
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Bachelors degree preferred but not required
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
