The Bedford Borough Safeguarding Children Partnership (BBSCP) is seeking a skilled and motivatedBusiness Managerto coordinate multi-agency safeguarding arrangements.

This pivotal role supports statutory partners and ensures local safeguarding is effective collaborative and responsive to emerging risks. Youll work closely with key agencieslocal authority health police education and the voluntary sectorto develop and implement policies procedures and training aligned with national legislation and local priorities.

You will co-ordinateand provide advice on Multi-Agency Safeguarding Arrangements the quality of practice and performance monitoring supporting learning from child safeguarding practice reviews and embedding improvements across the partnership.

Strong leadership communication and influencing skills are essential as youll engage senior leaders chair panels and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Youll also ensure the voices of children families and communities shape safeguarding strategies.
