Youll join EY Studio Belgium as aService and Experience Strategist (medior) where youll play a key role in shaping transformative strategies and helping organizations unlock growth through visionary experiences.

Were looking for a service andexperience strategistwith 36 years of experience who can translate complex challenges intofuture-proof strategies. Youll guide clients in definingwhere to play and how to winby shaping compelling experiences value propositions and business models.

Your Key Responsibilities

Research & Insight Generation

• Frame strategic questions and conduct qualitative/quantitative research to understand user market and business dynamics.
• Identify unmet needs trends and emerging opportunities to shape experience strategies.
• Customer Journey Mapping:Visualizing and understanding the users experience from start to finish.
• Translate insights intoexperience principlesand strategic opportunity spaces.

Strategy & Vision Building

• Definefuture experience visionsand roadmaps balancing user desirability business viability and technical feasibility.
• Craftvalue propositions service blueprints and business scenariosthat guide executive decision-making.
• Design experiences services products and business that answer the end users needs and solve their pain points.
• Define strategic deliverables including customer journey and experience maps ecosystem maps and CX strategy & frameworks.

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Utilizeanalytics data and user feedbackto measure the impact of initiatives and optimize journeys.
• Translate evidence into actionable recommendations that improve effectiveness and strengthen client strategies.

Strategic Storytelling & Advisory

• Create compelling narratives visualizations and presentations that articulate complex strategies with clarity and impact.
• Influence senior stakeholders helping them make bold informed choices.
• Facilitate strategic workshops that unlock creativity alignment and decision-making.

Your Profile

• 36 years of experience inexperience strategy service strategy or strategy consulting.
• Strong background inhuman-centered design thinking customer experience service design and innovation strategy.
• Experience creatingcustomer journeys value propositions business models and customer-focused organizations.
• Ability to connectuser needs with strategic business opportunities.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven experience usingdata and metricsto guide decision-making.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills able to craft strategies that resonate with executives.
• Skilled at facilitating workshops and aligning diverse stakeholders around a shared vision.
• Fluent in English and at least either Dutch or French.
