• Assist members and encourage member involvement in private training.
• Arrive on time prepared and attentive for training appointments.

• Conduct safe and effective one-on-one and small group training sessions for members.
• Develop personalized fitness programs and track client progress.
• Promote personal training packages to help members reach their goals.
• Make phone calls to prospective and current members to schedule assessments workouts and personal training sessions.
• Follow up on leads to drive personal training revenue.
• Maintain accurate records of member interactions and training bookings.
• Greet members and provide excellent customer service at the front desk.
• Check members in and assist with membership inquiries.
• Assist with scheduling appointments classes and personal training sessions.
• Ensure the facility is organized and welcoming.
  
  

• Current CPR/AED certification
• Current PT certification (NASM ACE ISSA)
• Must be able to regularly lift heavy weights squat bend reach and spot.
• Must be able to frequently lift and /or moves up to 45 pounds.
