Job Summary
Location: Savannah River Site (SRS) Aiken SC. The hiring manager is open to all options. (onsite remote or hybrid)
Estimated Pay Range:$116 - $139/hr (depending on benefits selected)

Duties
Provide strategic advice to management on the performance of complex Project Control Financial and Planning & Scheduling activities and/or supervise the overall effort for major projects or programs.
Develop implement and direct total project and program plans; design milestone schedules WBS structures and spend plans.
Innovate new financial and analytical concepts creating and applying advanced systems in project controls and financial analysis.
Serve as a technical expert and mentor guiding project controls financial analysts and scheduling specialists.
Lead and deliver executive-level reports on project baselines variance analysis and corrective-action strategies.
Conduct risk analyses and recommend mitigation approaches to achieve early milestone completion.
Develop and deliver training programs in Project Controls Financial Management and Planning & Scheduling systems.
Act as a business and financial advisor to project and SRNS senior management as well as external customers.
Perform and present complex multi-discipline analyses including budget schedule and technical assessments.
Coordinate with scope owners to develop and maintain resource-loaded P6 schedules perform forecasting critical path analysis and support risk and change management.
Manage budgets provide detailed status reports and train/mentor others on best practices.
Required Qualifications
Education:
Masters degree in Business Construction Management Technical or Engineering disciplineand 17 yearsof practical experience; or
Bachelors degree and 21 years of experience; or
Associates degree and 23 years of experience; or
High school diploma and 24 years of relevant experience.
Strongpersonal computer proficiency and experience using project and business systems.
Ability to obtain and maintain aDOE Q Security Clearance (active clearance not required at time of hire).
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree (minimum required).
Primavera P6 Scheduling training and demonstrated proficiency.
DOE/Nuclear industry experience - DOE complex preferred.
Experience inProject Controls Project Management Construction andEarned Value Management (EVMS).
Active Q Clearance preferred.
Ability to travel periodically (approx. 14 one-week trips annually)
