DescriptionResponsible for new product transfer product/ team coordination and management:
- Build Planning & scheduling and commitment buy-in process lead time improvement and inventory management.
- Ensuring consistent and controlled practicesthat are goal oriented market aware time efficient cost effective quality conscious and EHS compliant.
- Responsible to achieve and maintain high level of customer satisfaction in Backlog Commits Manufacturing Quality IPH Cost and Customer Responsiveness.
- Responsible in determining the scope of the Product Transfer by developing project schedule milestones and status communication within the organization stakeholders.
- Focal point of contact between transfer site (China/US) and internal project teams to ensuretransfer goals in term of yields quality cost timelines are achieved.
- Responsible for Site Readiness (4M: Man Material Machine and Method).
- Responsible to work on disposition of excess material in a timely manner after closure of Jobs.
- Practice Risk Base Thinking in planning and execution of task.
- Escalate for high risks situation that involve customers escalation or work safety. To propose potential solution the issue as aligned w/ Program Manager/Stakeholder
- Performing any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
Requirements
- Degree in Science Engineering Manufacturing or Diploma with vast working experience & project start-up/management or Equivalent
- Minimum 5 years related experience
- Work independently with minimum supervision.
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability
- Strong ability to identify organizational needs lead and manage programs / projects
- Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English & Mandarin is preferred due to the need to deal with China counterparts & stakeholders.
- Prior experience in handling of project in NPI Manufacturing or Operation will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge Of software Microsoft Excel Words Powerpoint Access and Microsoft Project
