Your Mission
Be the hero who helps Dutch clients get their appliances back in shape! Youll handle inbound calls manage repairs process claims and make every customer smile.
What youll do
- Answer inbound calls & emails (in/out) in Dutch
- Book repairs & handle claims/complaints
- Provide top-notch customer service
You are
- Fluent in Dutch English & French
- Strong communicator verbal & written
- Detail-oriented adaptable & stress-resistant
- Great listener problem-solver & multitasker
- Customer-first attitude
