Were now expanding our sales team to accelerate growth and improve our outbound pipeline quality.

About the Role

Were looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can take full ownership of outreach lead qualification and meeting booking with potential campground partners.

This person will combine strong communication and persistence with excellent organizational and admin skills to build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline. Youll be the first point of contact for new prospects helping us expand RoverPass reach across the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold outreach via email LinkedIn and phone to campground owners and RV park operators.

  • Qualify leads manage CRM records and maintain an organized pipeline of opportunities.

  • Schedule and confirm meetings or demos for Account Executives or management.

  • Support administrative sales tasks (CRM updates reports follow-ups data cleanup etc.).

  • Follow structured scripts and outreach sequences while adapting tone and messaging as needed.

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure smooth lead handoffs and accurate data.

Ideal Profile

  • 2 years of experience as an SDR Sales Assistant or BDR ideally in B2B SaaS Tech or Hospitality industries.

  • Fluent or advanced English (strong spoken clarity neutral or North American accent preferred).

  • Comfortable with cold outreach and resilient when facing rejection.

  • Excellent organization and admin skills able to manage high-volume outreach.

  • Experience using HubSpot CRM or similar (Salesforce Zoho Pipedrive).

  • Self-motivated proactive and capable of working independently in a remote setup.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling SaaS tools or digital solutions to small business owners.

  • Prior experience in travel tech hospitality or outdoor recreation.

  • Familiarity with automation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator Apollo HubSpot Sequences etc.).
