You should have:

5 years of experience in hospitality with at least 2 in a supervisory or assistant manager role;
Strong team coordination and communication skills;
Fluency in English & Greek (Italian is a plus!);
A knack for problem-solving and staying cool under pressure;
A people-first mindset with an eye for guest experience and team wellbeing;
Comfort with digital tools booking systems and hospitality tech;
Previous hostel experience is a big bonus.

What youll be responsible for:

Supporting the Square Manager in overseeing all departments: Reception/Bar Kitchen Housekeeping and Maintenance;
Being a daily point of reference for team membersensuring tasks are clear spirits are high and operations run smoothly;
Monitoring service standards helping resolve guest issues and ensuring the Square vibe is always alive;
Coordinating shifts schedules and workflows to keep everything moving;
Assisting with admin tasks reporting inventory and compliance with local regulations.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to step into a leadership position while staying grounded in the day-to-day heartbeat of a vibrant hospitality space.
