Job Summary

Job Description:

Minimum Requirements (Required):

Bachelors or masters degree in Geography GIS Computer Science Public Health or related field
7 years professional GIS experience including 3 years as lead/architect in cloud environments (health/HHS/government preferred)
Expert proficiency in Esri ArcGIS (ArcGIS Pro DB management spatial analysis web mapping)
Demonstrated geospatial governance leadership (policy stakeholder engagement frameworks)
Strong knowledge of data management metadata standards QA
Hands-on with enterprise geospatial data architecture workflows datasets (demographic socioeconomic health data)
Excellent communication technical writing stakeholder management
Able to manage multiple projects independently

Preferred Qualifications:

SQL Server Enterprise Geodatabases (5 years)
Python and SQL scripting (5 years)
Experience with healthcare provider/client GIS mapping solutions (4 years)
GIS team mentorship & leadership (4 years)
Experience with Agile/Scrum (2 years)
Familiarity with Medicaid or social service datasets (3 years)
Certifications: Esri Enterprise System Design Professional Esri ArcGIS Enterprise Admin Pro or GISP (1 year)
Machine Learning / LLMs for data extraction and documentation
GeoAI & generative AI for geospatial analytics
Snowflake data warehouse integrations
Custom GIS-enabled web applications
