What Youll DoGreet customers listen first and document concerns with crystal-clear repair descriptions
Schedule appointments manage the lane and keep the shop flowing on time
Estimate parts & labor verify warranty/insurance coverage and gain approvals
Consult with technicians on diagnostics and present smart alternatives when appropriate
Sell value: maintenance menus OEM services tires and repairs that protect safety & resale
Communicate constantly: updates ETA changes additional findings and delivery times
Test drive/inspect as needed to validate concerns and confirm quality of repair
Coordinate parts availability and ensure vehicles keys and ROs move without friction
Close the visit: review services rendered collect payment and set the next appointment
Own CSI results through proactive follow-up and problem resolution
3 years as a Service Advisor (domestic or import)-RV centers power sports and reputable used-car/independent shops are welcome
Solid understanding of automotive systems and common repair operations
Proficiency with DMS/Shop software (e.g. CDK Reynolds & Reynolds Tekmetric Xtime or similar)
Sharp written/verbal communication phone etiquette and conflict resolution
Valid drivers license and insurable MVR; able to road-test manual & automatic vehicles
Organized urgency-driven and comfortable with a retail schedule (some evenings/Saturdays)
ASE C1 Service Consultant OEM warranty/admin experience tire & menu sales success
Familiarity with multipoint inspections and building accurate value-driven estimates
Bilingual a plus
